We are just days away from our Inaugural St. Timothy Trojan Trot 5K!

Rain or shine, we are ready to enjoy a beautiful day with you all. Below are some IMPORTANT reminders to help you plan ahead:

Packet Pickup

Race Day packets are almost ready for pickup! Each packet includes:

• Race bib & safety pins (to be worn during the 5K)
• Race t-shirt
• Giveaways ("swag") from our sponsors

We have several opportunities to pick up your packet, please plan ahead and take advantage of the early pick up options:
Early Packet Pickup will be held on Thursday and Friday (see details below). We strongly encourage all participants to pick up their packets before Race Day to prevent delays that morning. Please bring your registration confirmation (email) and I.D. to Packet Pickup. PLEASE NOTE all Zoo Miami entrance bands will ONLY be distributed on Race Day.

• 7:20 | Warm-up powered by Luly B Fit
• 7:30 | Race Start
• 8:00 | Family Fun Zone Opens
• 8:20 | Peewee Trot Meet-Up Begins
• 8:30 | Peewee Trot
• 8:50 | Awards
• 9:30 | Trojan Cheerleaders Perform
• 11:00 | Family Fun Zone Closes

Trojan Trot is HERE!

Join us for our Inaugural Trojan Trot 5K this coming Saturday! Please use the link below to share with family and friends and help your child reach their personal or classroom goal.

We are excited to share that our student fundraiser has already raised $58,545.00 toward our $100,000.00 goal! We encourage every student to participate by donating a minimum of $25.00—every contribution brings us closer to these important improvements. Every little bit counts!

Proceeds will go toward much-needed campus improvements, including new bathrooms in both the Learning Center and Main Buildings, exterior painting of our campus, and new middle school lockers.

As a reminder, last year’s Walk-a-Thon proceeds funded our new PA system, which we are all already benefiting from.

As we prepare for our upcoming Trojan Trot, we are seeking parent, high school students, and/or alumni volunteers to help make this event a success for our school community.

Volunteer opportunities include race-day setup, water stations, fun zone assistance, course support, and more. Even a short shift makes a big difference.

Please visit our volunteer sign-up page and choose a role and time that works best for you.

Parents who volunteer will receive PIP POINTS. Thank you for your continued support — we look forward to a great event together!
