Meet & Greet and Supplies Drop-off

Join us on Monday, August 12, 2024 for an opportunity to meet your child's teacher and drop-off school supplies before the first day of school on Tuesday, August 13th.

Room Parent
We are currently seeking dedicated parents who have been part of the St. Timothy community for over a year to volunteer as Room Parents. As a Room Parent, you will assist the classroom teacher throughout the year with various tasks and activities. This role also includes attending one scheduled meeting per month. Your involvement will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and enhancing the classroom experience for all students.
Guardian Angels
We are seeking veteran parents who have been at St. Timothy three or more years of to volunteer as "Guardian Angels" for new families throughout the school year. Your role will be pivotal in providing guidance and support to newcomers, helping them navigate their way and feel at home in our school community. Join us in making a difference and extending a warm welcome to our new families!
Annual School Fashion Show
Be a part of our beloved school tradition by joining the team for this year’s Annual School Fashion Show! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help lead this fun family event as a Chairperson, Co-Chair, or Volunteer. This event has been a highlight of our school community for years, bringing together students, families, and staff for an afternoon of fashion and fun. Your participation will help continue this cherished tradition and ensure a memorable experience for everyone involved.
Hispanic Heritage
We're excited to celebrate Hispanic Heritage at our school and need your help to make it a success! We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with decor setup. Join us in creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere that honors the rich culture and traditions of the Hispanic community.
Trunk or Treat
Join us for a spooktacular evening at our School Trunk or Treat! We're looking for volunteers to help plan this exciting Halloween event, where all school families come together for a night of festive fun. It's a wonderful opportunity to contribute to our school community and create lasting memories for our students.
Open House
We are looking for parent volunteers to help out at our upcoming School Open House. If you have been part of our school community for over three years and are passionate about sharing your experiences, we would love for you to join us in guiding prospective families on tours.
Catholic Schools Week
We're gearing up for a week full of exciting events to celebrate Catholic Schools Week! From Monday to Friday, we have a variety of activities planned to showcase our school's spirit and community. We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this week unforgettable.
Spring Bazaar
We are currently seeking volunteers to lead this exciting event as Chairperson, Co-Chair, or to join us as enthusiastic volunteers. The Bazaar is a cherished tradition and an important fundraiser for our school, bringing together families and friends for a day of shopping, enjoyment, and support.
Night of the Arts
Join us for a spectacular Night of the Arts at St. Timothy School! We're seeking volunteers to assist with planning and setup for this community event, which highlights our students' artwork and celebrates our vibrant arts program. The evening includes a class silent auction, offering a wonderful opportunity to support our school and showcase our talented students.
Teacher Appreciation
We are looking for volunteers to help plan and execute Teacher Appreciation Week. This important event runs from Monday-Friday requiring assistance with setup, volunteering during daily events, and cleanup at the week's end. Join us in showing our gratitude to the incredible educators and staff who make a difference every day.
Walk-a-Thon
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help plan our largest school fundraiser, the Walk-a-Thon! Your support is needed for event planning, setup, and organizing/distributing event shirts to all students.
Spirit Store
We're looking for dedicated volunteers to help organize and sell merchandise at our School Spirit Store throughout the year. If you have a knack for organization and a passion for promoting school spirit, we would love to have you on our team!
